Nathaniel is kind, caring and understanding, The young people that Nathaniel has worked with were not engaging in any form of education formal or informal, Nathaniel was able to provide them with a consistent adult who listens and gave some form of structure, enabling the young people to feel safe, secure, listened to and valued, this gave a base for them to build on and start to take their steps to achieve their goals that they previously felt were not achievable.

Nathaniel provided Football coaching to our day service for adults with learning

difficulties.

The group was incredibly successful and this was down to the structure and

support that Nathaniel provided. The large group had a mixture of abilities and

Nathaniel successfully differentiated his interaction and delivery.

Everyone engaged and each individual regardless of ability progressed. He was

adaptive and showed empathy to their needs. He always encouraged and

everyone felt that they were welcome and included. Connections were made

quickly. He also extended this to staff.

It was a real pleasure to work alongside Nathaniel and hope we get the chance to

do so again.
